• Albacore is widely considered the most premium tuna, and we source ours from the Bay of Biscay and South Africa, partnering with fisheries known for landing exceptionally high-quality fish.

• Caught during the albacore tuna (Thunnus alalunga) fishing season between June and August for peak quality

• Packed at a traditional Spanish cannery founded in 1869, which has refined its artisanal canning process over centuries
