Can I edit or cancel my order? + -

Any amendments or cancellations to orders must be made before an order ships, usually within 24 hours of placing the order. Please have your order number ready.

How do I know if my order has been placed? + -

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

If you have a Kept account, you can also check there by your Order History.

When will my order ship? + -

Orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Can I track my order ? + -

Once your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have an account with KEPT, you can also track your order in the Account section.

What forms of payment do you accept? + -

Cash or Card on delivery.

When will I be billed for my order? + -

Do I need an account to shop on Kept? + -

You do not need an account to shop on Kept, however, setting one up is free and makes the checkout process faster. When you sign up, you are able to:

  1. Check out faster when making a purchase
  2. View past orders
  3. Make changes to your account information
  4. Change your password
  5. Save multiple shipping addresses

If you check out as a guest, all order confirmations and updates will be sent via email, and you will not be able to keep track of this information on our site.
